The easiest way to test.  Simply remove the cap, hold the end of the test in urine stream, and replace cap.  Then set test on a flat surface and wait for your results.  Complete instructions will be included with each order.  Each test comes individually packaged in a foil pouch with a desiccant.  The expiration date is printed on each pouch.  Each test has a shelf life of approximately two years.
