We sell the dipstrip ovulation tests in two different formats--ziplock bagged and individually packaged.  We purchase the tests in bulk and package them ourselves in small, re-sealable ziplock baggies.  We do this because it is a less expensive alternative to the pre-packaged tests.  The individually wrapped tests come in a sealed foil pouch with desiccant.  All the tests work the same, but we realize that some buyers prefer the individually packaged tests, so we offer both.
